Hi! My penpal name is Gigi :) I’m currently 20 years old living in hk, and will be graduating uni real soon! Have to be able to read cursive I can’t write print if I try. I want to write casually about everyday life and experiences with a bit of vintage romanticizing thrown in like ghibli or moomin vibes. I listen to almost all music but don’t tend to like most pop stuff my all time favorites are folk and goth music. I can talk someones ear off for days about linguistics and the way different languages work.
I love linguistics and conlanging and am learning arabic and spanish. I could write 10 pages a week just on these things alone I also love fantasy in general and the Star Wars universe even if I don’t like most of the newer stuff. My all time favorite media is Digimon, Pokemon, The Dark Crystal and Cats the musical. I draw and paint a lot and will include some doodles and paintings in the letters I love sewing, knitting, crochet, and any sort of fiber crafts and would like to share patterns and ideas and fabric scraps.
I am really into several J-fashions such as lolita, decora kei, and visual kei as well as goth and punk (fashion and music) I love woodsy feel letters but also open other styles I want to write vintage style snail mail and share art and found objects. I’m looking for any gender, 16+, and from the US. I’m nonbinary, 18, and from the Southwest US.
